Vision
Our vision is a world where people affected by neurological conditions live to their full potential within an informed and inclusive society.
The NHCC Vision will be realized when:
- There is a significantly better quality of life for people affected by neurological conditions across the life course, and they can live to their full individual potential supported by equitable access to appropriate care and supports;
- There is better awareness of neurological conditions within a more inclusive and welcoming society;
- Governments, working in partnership with the neurological community, provide increased research dollars dedicated to answering critical questions about neurological conditions including causes, treatments and cures;
- Governments at all levels make neurological conditions a social, health and economic priority and develop integrated strategies to help people affected by neurological conditions live well.
